This role requires someone who already leads, supports the site supervisor, and helps run day-to-day activities with pace, quality, and mentoring.
You will mentor apprentices and carpenters, ensure the project reflects premium craftsmanship, and plan ahead to avoid bottlenecks.
A strong leader who communicates well and maintains safety and organisation is essential.
