About the Role
We are seeking a bright, "switched on," and genuinely compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our expanding team.
This is a highly rewarding, fast-paced crossover position offering approx.
25 hours per week across 4 fixed shifts between Monday and Friday.
It beautifully bridges front-desk hospitality, technical clinic flow, and creative social media marketing.
This role is ideal for a health conscious individual who is a genuine advocate for chiropractic care, values their own health, and loves connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities
Your dynamic schedule will encompass three primary areas of focus:
Front Desk & Administration:Warmly greeting and checking in patients, directing patient flowseamlessly, managing complex schedules,



managing telephone enquiries, processing billing, andmaintaining meticulous digital records.
Technical Clinical Support:Working directly alongside the Chiropractor during patient visits, keepingtreatment rooms spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked, and helping patients feel at ease.
Social Media & Marketing:Taking creative ownership of our internal and external marketing content,particularly driving brand engagement across our social channels to spread the message of health and wellness.
Essential Requirements
Enthusiastic personality with supreme interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail within a bustling practice environment.
Highly professional visual presentation and a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.
Superior organizational skills and a demonstrated capacity to learn new digital procedures quickly.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare administration is essential.
Comfort with technology (experience with PracticeHub or specific clinic management software is highly regarded but not mandatory).
