About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, transparent and enjoyable service experience.
Your responsibilities will include
Greeting customers and managing service appointments
Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns
Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance




Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
Managing workshop bookings and vehicle workflow
Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection
Building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
You'll ideally possess
Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems
A professional presentation and positive attitude
The ability to remain calm under pressure
A current Australian Driver Licence
Highly Regarded Experience
Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:
Dealership Service Advisor experience
Titan DMS / ERA
Pentana
Podium
Manufacturer warranty processes
Multi-franchise dealership experience
Upselling maintenance recommendations ethically and professionally
