The chance
Lead the next chapter of a well-regarded paediatric service near Penrith.
You'll maintain a hands-on clinical caseload while designing and growing the OT offering, partnering closely with Speech Pathologists and a supportive Director.
Your week might include
Paediatric assessments and intervention across fine/gross motor, sensory regulation, school readiness, ADLs




Joint sessions and case conferences with SPs; integrated goals and parent coaching
Service development: pathways, resources, documentation standards, and mentoring future OT hires
Community links: optional school visits and stakeholder collaboration

Salary: $125,000+ Super(commensurate with experience)

About you
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 5+ years' paediatric experience
Comfortable leading service improvements and mentoring others while staying clinically hands‐on
Collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with Speech Pathologists and families
Values a calm, client‐centred environment over volume metrics
