Bluestone Recruitment is seeking a Sales Estimator to join a well-established residential builder operating within the wholesale and investor market in Victoria.
You will prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders, site costings, BOQs and preliminary pricing, supporting the Sales and Pre-Construction teams.
You will liaise with suppliers, review plans, and maintain pricing databases, ensuring all estimates are delivered on time.
