As a Development Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the successful execution of property developments that align with the company's strategic goals.

Duties:
Lead the development lifecycle, from feasibility studies through to project delivery and handover
Conduct detailed site acquisition assessments and manage due diligence processes
Oversee planning, approvals and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and local authorities.
Manage project budgets, timelines and risks,



ensuring high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
The skills and experience required for this role:
Proven experience in managing property development projects
Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare feasibility studies and manage complex budgets
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of fostering productive relationships
Comprehensive knowledge of planning regulations approvals, and construction processes
