DC Physiotherapy in Willoughby *****) is seeking motivated Remedial Massage Therapists to join our team.
We're looking for a therapists who enjoy a mix of presentations, value client outcomes, and want to actively build a consistent caseload.
You'll have access to a brand-new, fully furnished treatment room (electric massage table plus room set-up), within a modern musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinic with a strong reputation in the community including 200+ Google reviews.
About You
You have permanent Australian work rights with no restrictions (essential).
You hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage (other qualifications not accepted).
Any experience level welcome as we value the right attitude and professionalism.
Driver licence preferred (not essential).
Reliable commute to Willoughby is required.
Shift availability: Morning and afternoon 5-6 hour shift patterns available.
Afternoons favourable.
You're comfortable with clinic administrative tasks such as rebooking, taking payment, and completing notes clearly and promptly.

Contractor arrangement (ABN required).
Pay is an agreed percentage of revenue and is determined by professionalism, availability, experience, and the value you bring to your service offering (e.g. existing clientele, niche skills, or your preferred set-up).
Important: Contractor pay is calculated on revenue pending GST status.
If you are GST-registered, pay will be calculated based on GST inclusive generated revenue.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your client base within an established Physiotherapy clinic and also suits therapists who are proactive about growing their books, building relationships, and delivering consistent service.
Requirements
Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance.
Permanent Australian work rights with no restrictions (essential).
Registration with a recognised professional association (AMT, ANTA, MMA, ATMS etc.).
Ability to operate as an independent contractor while being part of a multidisciplinary team.
