Key Responsibilities
Achieve strong personal new vehicle sales results
Support and assist in managing the new vehicle sales team
Assist with deal structuring, approvals, and finance coordination
Support lead management, follow-up standards,



and CRM compliance
Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
Step into Sales Manager duties when required

Skills & Experience
Current experience as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant
Proven track record of consistent sales performance
Robust desire to progress into sales leadership and management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualified presentation and strong work ethic
Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance
