Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in printing? We're looking for a full time Pad Printer to join our experienced team to operate our contemporary, state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you're a seasoned operator or someone with a solid background in print or manufacturing and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain pad printing machines
Maintain print quality ensuring compliance with customer specifications
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
About You:
Previous experience operating pad printing machines (or similar printing equipment)
Robust attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Experience with different substrates (plastics, metals, etc.)
Familiarity with colour matching and ink mixing
