Key Responsibilities
Complex diary management
Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and executive documentation
Organising board meetings, leadership meetings,
and executive events
Managing correspondence and executive communications
Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with office operations and administration as required
Providing occasional support to the wider team when required
About You
You are a highly capable Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting senior executives in quick-paced corporate environments.
Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-Suite Executive
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
