RGC & CO is seeking motivated and reliableTrainee Operator / Laborer to join our Rolling Department.
Experience is not essential – we are willing to train the right candidate.
However, previous experience in section rolling, steel manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation will be highly regarded.
About the Role:
Assist with the operation of section rolling machinery
Support production activities and material handling
Learn machine setup, operation, and quality checks
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with experienced operators and production team members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
About You:
Reliable and committed to a Monday to Friday work schedule
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn




Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
Previous experience with section rolling, steel processing, fabrication, or machinery operation is highly valued but not required
