St. Elizabeth Home is a residential aged care facility established by the Hungarian Catholic Community, located in Dean Park on spacious landscaped grounds.
We provide quality accommodation and care services with Christian values for residents, primarily of Hungarian background.
Our Home has 102 beds, including a 20-bed secure memory support unit.
We are seeking an organised and capable Systems and Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
This varied role supports the smooth operation of our clinical, administrative, learning, communication and business systems in a busy residential aged care environment.

We are seeking an organised and capable Systems and Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
This varied role supports the smooth operation of our clinical, administrative, learning, communication and business systems in a busy residential aged care workplace.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO or delegated manager, you will provide practical systems, IT coordination and administration support across the Home.
You will assist with system access and management, some IT troubleshooting, records, reporting, compliance documentation, learning platforms, resident and staff administration and general operational support.
Key responsibilities
Maintain, support and generate reports from operational systems including administrative/HR, learning and clinical systems
Provide first-level IT and system support for facility and liaise with external providers where required
Manage IT and office equipment and communication devices including user access, permissions and troubleshooting.
Assist with resident and staff records, document control of policies, compliance documentation and document management
Support admissions documentation and workforce compliance registers
Provide some general administration support for CEO and departments
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy, WHS, organisational policies and infection prevention
About you
Experience in systems administration, IT support coordination, business administration, aged care administration or a similar support role
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
Good troubleshooting skills and confidence supporting staff with technology
High attention to detail with records, reports, registers and documentation
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally
Ability to perform under pressure and multi task
Understanding of privacy, confidentiality and records management requirements
Respectful and helpful approach when working with residents, families, staff and external providers
Commitment to safe, respectful and person-centred aged care
Right to work in Australia and ability to satisfy aged care pre-employment screening requirements
Highly regarded
Experience in residential aged care, health care, disability, education or community services
Experience using various Aged Care system or similar systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in spoken and written Hungarian would be an advantage
Experience with website updates, marketing material, annual reports or organisational communications
Qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Administration or a related field
