About the Role
The Ecommerce Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of LARK's global ecommerce commercial channel.
Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional online customer experience while supporting the execution of commercial initiatives across LARK's global digital channels.
The Ecommerce Specialist role combines ecommerce operations, customer experience, marketplace management and digital merchandising, ensuring our global Shopify storefronts, Amazon marketplaces, CRM platforms and customer touchpoints are maintained to the highest standard.




You'll work collaboratively across our passionate Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Relations, Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure campaigns, product launches and digital experiences are delivered consistently across every market.
This is an exciting new role created to support the continued growth of LARK as we expand our global ecommerce ecosystem.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of ecommerce functions, playing an important role in shaping the online customer journey and supporting the commercial growth of one of Australia's most recognised luxury whisky brands.
We are looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take ownership and get involved across all areas of the ecommerce function.
You will be naturally curious, eager to learn, and passionate about continuously improving the way we operate.
Strong attention to detail is essential, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the quality and premium experience that LARK represents.

An interest in the luxury beverage and whisky industry is highly valued, with a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, storytelling and the customer experience that sits behind every LARK product.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, with regular days required in our Surry Hills office to collaborate with the wider team.
The role will also require occasional travel to Hobart, providing the opportunity to connect with our team, dive deeper into our whisky making process, our products, and the broader LARK experience.
2+ years' experience in an Ecommerce Coordinator/Specialist or Digital Commerce role.
Experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms.
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central
Experience working with ecommerce merchandising and product management.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
Experience using customer support platforms such as Gorgias or Zendesk.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ecommerce analytics tools including GA4 and Shopify Analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly collaborative with a customer-first mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with international ecommerce operations.
China and wider Asia market experience highly favourable.
Experience working with loyalty or membership programs.
Understanding of luxury retail or premium consumer brands.
Experience within the alcohol industry.
Experience with the Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
