This is an exciting opportunity to join Stone Ambassador, a leading provider of premium decorative surfaces, as a Showroom Consultant/Administrator in our Prestons showroom.
This full-time role combines exceptional customer service with administrative support, helping drive the success of our Current South Wales operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service to trade & retail clients, including guiding them through the selection and purchase of our products
Handling all administrative tasks related to showroom operations.
Supporting the sales team by following up on leads and helping to develop new business opportunities
Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presented to the highest standards
Contributing to the overall growth and development of the New South Wales business
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, preferably within the home design or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with clients
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A passion for design and an understanding of premium decorative surface products and their applications or interior design in general.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
Australian work rights are essential for this position
Days and Hours of Work
Tuesday - Friday (8.00am - 4.00pm)
Saturday (9.00am - 3.00pm)*
