What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable bar service, including mixing and serving a variety of beverages

Assisting with gaming operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar and gaming area

Addressing customer queries and resolving any issues in a qualified manner

Contributing to the overall success of the venue by suggesting ways to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a bar or gaming environment.

Robust customer service skills and a friendly,



outgoing personality

Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Knowledge of relevant liquor licensing and gaming regulations

Availability to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certifications
