We are seeking a Bid Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Sydney Studio.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience and shown capability in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail, well-developed communication skills, and most importantly a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities
Providing effective support to the organisation on EOI, proposal and submission production.
Coordinating, researching, writing, and producing a high volume of submissions/Proposals independently and collaboratively.
Supporting marketing activities, marketing materials, promotional material, advertising, website, social media, and functions for studio.
Work with the Group Marketing & Bids Manager on continued developmental feedback and exploring ways to continually raise the bar on expectations and performance, both operationally in‑house and bid production quality.
Experience in the production of a range of bid materials in the form of proposals, presentations, clarifications,



and communication (including but not limited to Capability Profiles, IRT, EOI, Fee Proposals, RFQ, RFP, RFT, Prerequisites, Panels etc).
Advanced/Proficient in InDesign.
Ability to work collaboratively & autonomously.
Ability to plan, prioritise tasks and implement direction and feedback to meet deadlines and executive expectations.

To be suitable for this role, you will have the following
Preferred experience in InDesign
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience in production capability across a range of software.
Hands‑on experience in a similar role.
Ability to write and edit copy provided by design teams
