Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.

We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

The Maintenance Scheduler will work closely with our Maintenance Manager to ensure our fleet of Bluebottles remains on-water and on-mission. The role will be crucial to ensuring that our maintenance team has up-to-date schedules, work orders and access to components produced in-house when they are needed.

You will provide maintenance support for our team in Sydney, our facility in Darwin and any other recent facilities or operations.

A typical day could include:

Ensuring maintenance activities are transferred and updated from our maintenance app into NetSuite

Liaising with the supply chain and production teams to ensure spares are available and shipped when needed





Maximise days on water by analysing maintenance trends and recommending preventative action

Experience supporting maintenance, operations, or asset management activities

Experience using an ERP system for work order management, purchasing, data entry, or record maintenance.

Robust administrative skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records, schedules, reports, and documentation.

Experience coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders, including scheduling work, tracking progress, and following up outstanding actions.

Solid attention to detail and ability to manage maintenance and operational data accurately and consistently.

Due to the nature of our business, we require Australian Citizenship for all roles. In this role you would need the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance (do not require a clearance before commencing).
