We're looking for a reliable HR Truck Driver / Workshop Labourer to join our team. This is a diverse role that combines local truck driving with workshop-based work, offering plenty of variety and on-the-job training.

About the role
No two days are the same. You'll spend your time:
Transporting electrical mining cables to and from customer sites
Loading and unloading cable drums and equipment safely
Representing our business professionally when dealing with customers
Assisting workshop operations and cable repair activities
Maintaining vehicles and equipment to a high standard
Following company safety procedures and protected work practices
As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll be the face of our business and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
What we're looking for
Current HR Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
Current Forklift Licence
Previous truck driving experience
Experience in labouring, warehousing, manufacturing or workshop settings
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Local to the Lithgow region or surrounding areas
