As the face of our café, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers, guests and dealership staff while preparing quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

About the RoleAs a Barista, you will:
Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Welcome customers, take orders and provide outstanding customer service
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Open and close the café while ensuring daily operations run smoothly
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required
Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About YouYou are:
Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people
Able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality and professionalism
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards
A positive team player with a solid work ethic
Previous Barista experience is highly regarded
Essential RequirementsPrevious customer service experience
Current WA Driver's Licence is desirable but not essential




Availability to work rostered shifts, including Saturdays
