Reporting to the Directors, you'll lead the state operation, mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team, strengthen client relationships, drive business development, and ensure operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering the autonomy to make decisions, influence strategy, and create real impact.

What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience managing a recruitment branch or state.
Proven leadership and business development success.
Strong commercial acumen and recruitment industry knowledge.
Experience in a blue-collar industry is desirable
Any past blue-collar recruitment experience
