Lead clinical services and multidisciplinary teams Supervise junior doctors, nurse practitioners and students Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement activities Participate in research, teaching and professional development Support on call roster and flexible clinical coverage About You
You're a skilled psychiatrist ready to lead and inspire, with a focus on best practice and patient-centred care.
You work confidently in multidisciplinary teams and enjoy teaching, guiding, and improving mental health services.
Hold MBBS or equivalent and specialist registration Fellow of the Royal Australian and
New Zealand College of Psychiatrists Demonstrate strong clinical skills and professional integrity Experienced in supervision, teaching and quality improvement Knowledgeable in Mental Health policy, recovery practice and ICT Why You'll Love
