Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and skilled standards.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions.
Assist in emergency procedures and stabilization of patients.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
Support department objectives and uphold facility protocols.
Qualifications
Active RN license in Minnesota and ability to start promptly.




Minimum of 2 years' ER experience and prior Med/Surg experience.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC.
PALS preferred.
Adept in managing trauma level IV, STEMI, and Stroke center requirements.
Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC) or similar charting systems.
Flexibility with rotating shifts including holidays and every other weekend.
