About Role:
Design workplaces people genuinely want to work in.
JasonL Design Studio is expanding, and we're looking for a talented mid-level interior designer (3–5 years experience) with strong capability across commercial workplace design, office fit-outs, and interior documentation.
This role suits a designer who is equally confident developing strong workplace concepts and spatial strategies and delivering detailed, technically resolved documentation packages.
You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle — from early test-fits and concept design through to detailed joinery documentation and project handover.
What You'll Be Doing:




Develop workplace test-fits, space planning, and office layout strategies
Create design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations
Lead FF&E; selection and workplace materiality development
Produce detailedtender documentation and construction drawing packages
Prepareaccurate and well-resolved joinery details(not just outline design)
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and builders
Help shape workplaces that balance design intent, functionality, and commercial outcomes
What You'll Bring:
3–5 years' experience incommercial interior design (workplace / office focus)
Qualification in Interior Design / Interior Architecture
Strong experience in office fit-outs and workplace environments
Proven ability inboth design thinking and technical delivery
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent presentation tools)
Confident communicator with strong client presentation skills
A genuine interest in how workplace design influences behavior, productivity, and culture
