Customer Support & Administration Officers
We are currently seeking Customer Support and Administration Officers to join a leading waste management company across various corporate and industrial sites in and around the Brisbane region.
There are multiple positions available.

Northgate
Pinkenba
Narangba
Lytton
What's on offer:
Temp to perm arrangements, potential to convert to the client's books after 3-6 months
Monday-Friday hours, generally strictly 8 hours shifts, however 730am starts to 5pm finishes dependant on the work site
Pay rate: ORD $***** per hour
Start dates: ASAP for the successful candidates post interview
Great prospect to engage with and work for a Tier 1 company in the waste management industry
Key responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Using internal customer and operations systems to process email requests (Salesforce)
Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
Monitoring & responding to emails in shared mailboxes
Booking ad-hoc,



urgent or scheduled services within customer contracted timeframes
Dispute resolution
Updating services with new information (PO's, access requirements etc)
Financial administration including billing and reconciliation activities
Data entry
Skills and experience:
Demonstrated customer service, contact centre or call centre experience and work history
Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous use of a CRM, Salesforce desirable but not essential
Customer focused, patient and resilient attitude
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Commitment to safety and following safe work practices
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High attention to detail
