About the Role: Customer Care Representative – Customer Growth Team

Are you positive, driven and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Growth Team – supporting customers through meaningful conversations that improve lives through better hearing.

This is a permanent, full‑time chance working five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus one shift per fortnight from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm to support our New Zealand customer base. The role offers a hybrid working workplace. After completing the first three months of training and induction, you will be able to work from home one day per fortnight. Following the successful completion of your six‑month probation period, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
