We are hiring delivery drivers in Rockhampton to support Woolworths Online grocery deliveries. If you're reliable, customer-focused, and want flexible work with consistent hours – we want to hear from you.
$39.96/hr Monday – Saturday (casual rate)
Penalty rates on Sunday, public holidays and afternoon shifts.
Pay increase opportunities as you progress
AM Shifts: Start between 5:00am – 7:30am | 4–6 hours
PM Shifts: Start between 2:00pm – 3:30pm | 4–7 hours
Minimum availability: 3–4 days per week
Rockhampton and surrounding areas
Deliver groceries safely and on time to residential customers
Complete vehicle safety checks before each shift
Use a smartphone app to manage deliveries and logs
Handle orders accurately and follow delivery instructions
Represent the brand professionally in the community
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Must be physically capable of sustained manual handling throughout shift. Frequent heavy lifting (up to 20kg).
Valuable communicator with a safety-first mindset
REQUIREMENTS
Current open Australian driver's licence (Car minimum – MR/HR a bonus)
National Police Check (within 3 months)
Last 10 year traffic record (within 30 days)
This is a casual role with the chance to move into part time as hours grow.
