You will assist internal staff and external members, triaging incidents across Salesforce CRM, Okta and Web Self-Service, and helping expand platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mobile Publisher and SmartComm.

You will perform limited admin tasks, manage tickets, and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors.
