To join our team as a Gardener at Elements of Byron you’ll need to have experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role, with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We're looking for someone reliable, punctual and enthusiastic who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a stunning natural workplace.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our gardens and resort surrounds are presented to the highest standard, contributing to the exceptional experience we offer our guests.

weed and plant identification experience
Experience with mowers and whipper snippers
Well presented and physically fit

Qualifications in horticulture and landscaping or conservation management
Chainsaw ticket
ChemCert certification
Experience required
Weed identification and control (includes spraying)
Whipper snipping, pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, lawn care
