We’re looking for an experienced Supervisors and Leading Hands who can build a high performing team, earn the trust of our customer and create a culture where safety, accountability and teamwork come first.

We have a number of roles for locations only a few hours from Mackay.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for leading a mining maintenance team where every day brings a new challenge.
Promote and maintain a solid safety culture on site.
Coordinate teams and resources to deliver effective breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are met safely, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with site and organisational targets.
Provide hands‑on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew.

What You’ll Bring
Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand experience in mining.
Skilled in mobile equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or Fitting (Aus recognised).
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability, and safety legislation.
Proactive leader with team mentoring skills.
Current Australian driver’s licence & full working rights.
Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain).
