The Vintage is the spectacular setting for our award-winning golf course, designed by Greg Norman, and acclaimed hotel, Chateau Elan at The Vintage.
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Golf Attendant and Drinks Cart Attendant. If you have a passion for golf, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working in a premium golf workplace and providing outstanding service to our members and guests.
Key Attributes Required
Availability to work midweek and weekend shifts ranging between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm
A genuine passion for golf and customer service
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or golf operations is highly regarded
Experience with product sales and cash handling
Valid NSW Driver’s License and own reliable transport
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
RSA competency card is essential
Duties & Responsibilities - including but not limited to
Check tee booking sheets and booking comments to ensure guest requests are met
Provide a warm welcome and professional service to members and guests
Assist with golf cart operations and outside golf services
Ensure guests receive accurate and helpful golf information during check-in
Assist with the preparation and presentation of the golf operation areas
Operate the drinks cart across the golf course, providing refreshments and exceptional service to players
Manage product sales, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions
Maintain stock levels and presentation of the drinks cart
Deliver friendly and effective service while creating a memorable experience for golfers
Ensure RSA compliance and responsible service of alcohol at all times
