Position Title: Career Planning Campus Ambassador for International Students in the U.S. (Part-Time) Key Responsibilities Develop a basic understanding of career paths for international students in the United States and general employer hiring practices, and identify students' current job-search stage and basic needs.
Share approved public career resources and event information through authorized campus communities, student organization activities, or personal social media channels in a compliant manner.
Connect with interested students and complete a standardized initial screening, including school, year of study, major, and internship or full time job needs.
Categorize prospective students by level of interest for appropriate follow-up.
Qualifications Currently enrolled at a U.S. college or university, preferably as a sophomore or above.
Mandarin proficiency and familiarity with Chinese-speaking student communities are preferred.
Active within Chinese-speaking student communities and comfortable communicating with fellow students.
Experience in community management, student organization leadership, campus outreach, or serving as a campus KOC is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, patience, and sincere communication.
Candidates must avoid exaggerating service information and follow applicable guidelines for lead information collection and student follow-up.
Experience managing personal social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu, is preferred.
CSSA members and students majoring in business, computer science, electrical engineering, or other career-focused fields are encouraged to apply.
