We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Electrical Products to lead our Products Engineering team and drive technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of electrical solutions.
Based in Thornton, NSW, you'll drive engineering standards, compliance, product development and team performance while shaping the future direction of our products division, within a respected Australian-owned engineering and manufacturing group.

Essential RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, product development or project delivery.Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior engineering or engineering management role.Robust knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems and protection schemes.Experience developing engineering standards and governance frameworks.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Highly RegardedChartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility.RPEQ or equivalent professional registration.Experience within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors.Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, PowerFactory or similar engineering software.
