Our Role:
As aTechnical Customer Service Officer (Gate Support)you will primarily manage customer communications and service requests concerning the gate automation product category of the business.
The core focus of the role involves the resolution of gate support tickets efficiently, supplying accurate technical information and providing customer service excellence.
About You:
We are looking for energy, drive, and someone with a hands‐on attitude to join our fast‐paced team.
Permanent role (Monday – early finish Fridays)
Great team environment
$70,000 base salary (plus superannuation)
Technically minded with a love for resolving issues for customers
Minimum 2+years customer service/help desk/client support types of roles
Prior exposure to building industry highly regarded




This role allows you to demonstrate your excellent communication skills.
Troubleshooting over the phone to identify the root issue quickly and provide prompt solutions options to the customer.
You will be onsite as part of a dedicated team.
Your colleagues are available to mentor and problem solve with you - to help you achieve.
Handle high volume phone calls and emails.
Strong technical mind.
