The purpose of this role is to pro-actively finalise workers compensation claims and manage a portfolio of non-significant workers compensation claims in accordance with EML's guidelines, policies and procedures.
This will be afull time, permanentposition based in theSydneyoffice with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing and analysing each claim in your portfolio and making appropriate claims management decisions in accordance with EML policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Developing, monitoring and updating Claims Management Plans (CMPs) to achieve positive Return To Work (RTW) goals
Forecasting, developing and implementing strategies to overcome potential barriers in order to ensure a timely and durable RTW for the injured worker
Developing a working understanding of the relevant legislation or policy
ABOUT YOU




Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to accurately use multiple software in a high volume and fast paced setting
Effectively manage your time in order to achieve deadlines within required timeframes
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
