RACV Royal Pines Resort is entering an exciting new chapter, with significant resort development projects underway and the implementation of innovative guest-facing technologies, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring Front Office Manager to lead our front-of-house operations through a period of transformation and growth.
This is a dynamic leadership role that requires an individual who can confidently balance operational excellence, team leadership, commercial performance and guest experience.
As one of the most visible leaders within the resort, you will wear many hats, acting as a coach, mentor, problem solver, communicator and operational leader while ensuring every guest interaction reflects our premium service standards This could be just the right role for you?
This role is suited to a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in large, complex resort operations.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor and develop a large and diverse team across Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Reservations and Night Audit, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and service excellenceSteer a guest-centric culture that consistently elevates the guest experience, ensuring every arrival,



stay and departure is seamless, personalised and memorableLead change management initiatives as we implement new technologies, systems and operational improvementsAct as a visible and hands-on leader, providing operational support, coaching and guidance while remaining actively engaged with both guests and team membersOversee key operational platforms including PMS Opera, key card access and call accounting systemsManage departmental budgets, labour costs, workforce planning and productivity targets while maintaining exceptional service standardsIdentify service improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with all operational, health and safety and service standards What you'll need to be successful Proven leadership experience managing large Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services teams within a premium hotel, resort or 5-star hospitality environmentTertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related discipline, highly regardedBeyond your technical expertise, we are seeking a leader who is passionate about elevating the guest experience and building a culture of service excellence.
