ETS Refrigeration is a well-established commercial refrigeration company servicing both the local Canberra Region and the South Coast. We are looking for an experienced Office/Finance Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant can look forward to a cohesive and supportive team setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to the Management Team by undertaking a broad range of tasks including but not limited to:
Maintain client portals and associated spreadsheets
Preparation of job cards for assignment to our mechanics
Accounts payable & receivable
Reconcile monthly fuel, gas & expenditure accounts
Maintain e-filing system for correspondence, account documentation and administration files
Maintain supplier price files and workshop inventory
Monthly toolbox meeting preparation.
Manage stationery, kitchen and uniform supplies for the office.





DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in office administration ideally within the construction/trade industry.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license.
Financial/Bookkeeping background with Xero experience an advantage but not essential.
Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
Resilient and adaptable to change in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in SimPro a distinct advantage but not essential.
Operates with transparency, honesty and integrity at all times.
Adaptability with changing software and technology.
