REFOCUS is seeking a Kinship Care Support Practitioner to join our Supporting Kin program and provide ongoing support to approved kinship carers, helping create safe, secure, and nurturing environments for children and young people.
This role works in partnership with kinship carers, children, families, Child Safety, and community partners to strengthen carer capability, support placement stability, and promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
