About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive WHSE professional who is passionate about creating a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across all operations.
This role requires a hands-on approach, robust communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, environment, and quality outcomes.

High attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing day-to-day safety activities, including incident management/investigations, risk assessments, hazard reporting, and corrective action taking.
Conducting site audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
Ensuring all WHSE documentation is completed accurately and maintained, including JRAs, incident reports, near-miss reports, and risk assessments.
Providing guidance and support to operational teams on WHSE matters.
Participating in and facilitating training and educational programs as required.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.
Travel to operational sites across Australia as required to support field-based safety activities and projects.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
ICAM Lead Investigator qualification.
Current driver's licence.
