We are seeking an organised, proactive, versatile and highly capable Executive Support and Operations Officer to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with high level attention to detail.
A confident administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and meeting agreed deadlines.
Professional, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, practical and solutions focused.
Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed.
While this role includes executive support and organisational coordination activities, we're also looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help with the practical day-to-day running of Koya - whether that's setting up meeting rooms, organising storage areas, coordinating supplies, maintaining the presentation of our offices and vehicles, supporting events or assisting with whatever is needed to help the team succeed.

To be successful you will demonstrate:
A commitment to culturally safe practice and an understanding of the values of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
Experience in administration, executive support or organisational coordination.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High-level Microsoft Office 365 skills and confidence using organisational systems and databases.
Experience supporting documentation, reporting and record management.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
The ability to work collaboratively, flexibly and with initiative.
