Your Role:
Efficiently allocate technicians across urgent emergency breakdowns and planned maintenance.
Act as the first point of contact, troubleshooting enquiries for corporate strata managers.
Step away from the desk for 5-10 minutes daily to physically pick warehouse parts, helping you master components for accurate client quoting.

About You:
Proven experience in service coordination or dispatch within Strata, Facilities, Plumbing, Construction, White Goods, or similar trade services.
