The Opportunity
Reporting to theSite Manager, you'll play a key role in driving daily site outcomes.
You'll support subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards,



track progress and keep everything moving efficiently on site.
This is alead-from-the-front role- ideal for someone who takes ownership, is highly organised and enjoys motivating others.
Key Responsibilities
Leading daily site activities, includingdaily start-ups and work coordination
Supporting subcontractors to work safely, efficiently and productively
Drivinghigh standards of safety, quality and workmanship
Tracking and documenting works, includingdaily site diaries
Managing defects and rectification with explicit documentation and photos
Identifying hazards and stopping unsafe work when required
Assisting with project programming, site setup and ongoing coordination
Liaising with Certifiers, Fire Engineers and the wider project teamContributing ideas to improve site performance and delivery outcomes
About You
At least4+ years' experienceinhigh end Class 1 projects
Good communicator who can build strong working relationships on site
Enjoy leading, mentoring and supporting others
