Restaurant Manager
to take ownership of daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy, full‐service restaurant with confidence, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
About the Role
Full responsibility for
front‐of‐house operations
Lead, mentor, and support a passionate FOH team
Oversee service standards, reservations, guest experience, and staff performance
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service
Manage rosters, training, stock control, and daily operational tasks
Contribute to venue growth, consistency, and reputation

in a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor role
