YOUR ROLE
As the valuedRIGHT HANDto delightful friendly talented personal injury lawyers with flourishing practices inworkers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and TPD (total permanent disablement) , you willloveplaying a key role in obtaining justice for injured clients:
attending to initial client enquiries, liaising with other solicitors/doctors/insurers, assessing claim viability, preparing correspondence and court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
haveMINIMUM 12 monthsOR MORE(senior candidates with 20+ yrs exp welcome)legalparalegal/secretarial/assistantexperience inpersonal injury law in at least 1 of: 1) Workers Compensation/work injury damages OR 2) CTP AND/OR 3) TPD;
are either a 'career' legal secretary/administrator OR a law student;
have strongMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)+ communication and interpersonal skills [essential];
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
