You will play an essential role in delivering high-qualityfitness classes to our community, and assist with the development and planning offitness, ensuring a safe and engaging setting for all participants.
Remuneration of$***** gross per hour + superannuation.
Positions arecasual and on an as needs basis.

Key responsibilities:
Develop anddeliver high energy land base and aquatic fitness classes tailored to allfitness levels.
Assist customerswith membership sign ups and membership inductions.
Provide guidanceand feedback to members to ensure the safe use of equipment.
Provide qualitycustomer service to all members and casual users.
Set up and packdown of equipment for classes.
Help to drivepromotions for prospective members and engage current members in retentionactivities.
Assist in themaintenance of gym equipment and the facility.
Ensure consistenthigh levels of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and security is maintained withinthe facility.
Participate inregular in-house training sessions and staff meetings.
Adhere toCouncil's policies and procedures.
Maintain currencyof qualifications relevant to the position.
What youwill need to succeed:
CertificateIII or IV in Fitness or equivalent.




CurrentCPR Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
CurrentFirst Aid Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
NSWWorking With Children Check Clearance.
Qualificationsin Yoga, Pilates and/or Aqua Aerobics (Desirable).
In accordance with Work Healthand Safety legislation, successful candidates are required to be vaccinated forHepatitis A and Hepatitis B and will be asked to provide evidence of this.
This role involveschild-related work and is subject to NSW child protection legislation.
Acurrent NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC), issued by the NSW Office of theChildren's Guardian, is required.
