What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating workforce mobilisations across our business.
Managing employee onboarding, medicals, inductions and site access requirements
Maintaining compliance records, licences, competencies and training documentation
Monitoring and updating employee records across various systems
Raising purchase orders and managing associated administration
Coordinating PPE requirements and deliveries




Building robust relationships with employees, site leaders and external providers
Ensuring our people are site-ready and compliant every step of the way

What You'll Bring
Previous mobilisation, onboarding or workforce coordination experience within mining, resources or a related industry
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
A customer focused approach and excellent communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Order 45 and Qld Coal Medical monitoring experience advantageous.
