Your Responsibilities
Assemble roller shutters, roller grilles, and aluminium door components.
Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Measure and fit components accurately.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Perform manual handling and safely lift materials up to 20kg.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a similar role.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Excellent reliability and punctuality.
Two contactable work references.
Full Australian working rights.
Desirable:
Experience assembling aluminium products, doors, windows, roller shutters, or similar products.
Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
