As a Team Leader & Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:
Leading a small professional and warm team who are excited to welcome you.
Working closely alongside other Team leaders as you collaborate and support each other
Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the senior management team – especially in relation to psychological service provision
Assisting a varied psychological caseload as well as participating in a range of projects and interventions
Engaging with a range of stakeholders and promoting the business development of this unique service delivery stream.
Requirements:
Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology.
Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC
Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Occupational Rehabilitation and Psychological injury experience
Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area.
