THE ROLE
Report to the General Manager
Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Develop and refresh seasonal menus for restaurants, bars, and events
Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
Manage food costs, budgets, rostering, payroll, and stock control
Maintain HACCP food safety standards
Create revenue-driving food events and promotions
Work closely with the F&B; and S&M; teams to develop exciting dining experiences





THE MUST HAVES
Previous Executive Chef or senior leadership experience within a 5-star hotel or premium hospitality workplace
Robust leadership and team development skills
Relevant culinary qualifications
HACCP knowledge and experience
Excellent commercial and organisational skills
Unlimited work rights in Australia.
