HACCP, WH&S; & an understanding of dietary requirements is highly regarded
Uniform: traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (no logos) & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes

Police Check or willing to obtain one
Covid & Flu vaccinations up to date (For Aged Care)
