At Cronulla Pools, we design and build beautiful, bespoke concrete pools across Sydney - and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

This isn’t your average site role. We’re looking for someone who loves construction and people. Someone who values a well-run, high-quality job, and thrives in an environment where solid communication and client relationships matter just as much as technical know-how.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for overseeing our pool builds from site set out to handover, working closely with our trades, clients, and in-house team. You’ll manage timelines, ensure quality control, and keep things running smoothly on site.

Your role will focus on:
Building trusted relationships with clients and trades
Keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget
Quality control and ensuring every detail meets our high standards
Communication—clear, proactive, and consistent updates to clients and team
Troubleshooting in office challenges with confidence and care





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Solid pool building experience
Natural leadership skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Robust communication and admin capabilities (you don’t ghost clients or forget the details!)
Pride in your work and a genuine care for the end result
A current driver’s licence and white card
A good sense of humour and team-first mindset
